Justyn Barnes

Sabotaging since 4 Apr 2011

Justyn is an editor, writer, editorial consultant and former snooker pro (highest world ranking: 302 in 1995). Back in the late Nineties, he edited United, Manchester United’s official magazine, and he has produced interviews and colour features on sport, entertainment and business for titles such as FourFourTwo, Sky Magazine, Spin, JACK (R.I.P), and Observer Sport Monthly (double R.I.P). Over the years, he has interviewed many football legends including David Beckham, Sir Bobby Robson, Gary Lineker, Wayne Rooney and ST’s Rohan Ricketts. He also ghostwrote a monthly column with the late George Best. The 30-odd books he has edited and/or written vary in scale from humungous and luxurious 37-kilo Opus publications to the dinky Reduced History Of… series of (allegedly) humorous books on subjects ranging from cricket to sex. His diverse output also includes ghostwriting a season diary with Mark Ramprakash, illustrated biographies on David Beckham, Robbie Williams, Jonny Wilkinson and Freddie Flintoff, plus a celebration of extreme Christmas decoration. He tweets nonsense at: twitter.com/justynbarnes.
