Chaps, remember these Kickers boots? Believe it or not they’re turning 40 soon, as are many of the blokes who wore them back in the halcyon days of warehouses and terraces. Good news is they’ve been finding their way back onto the pavement in recent years, on the feet of younger lads as well as their dads. Footwear to misbehave in.

I remember having a red pair(boots) and a blue pair(shoes) in 1981,ok for school kids not really for adults.
earlier shoes/boots had a much thicker, longer lasting sole iirc. oddbods wearing a different colour on each foot. had navy shoes, but always preferred pod for comfort and posing about at the football
Had a tan pair back in '81 meself...lovely footwear, expensive for the times, but lasted ages...
