Look we have the talent. The truth of it is this
We had too many inconsistent players. When everyone showed up, we were a team that could play with anyone. It cracks me up when I hear that Modric, and Bale want to leave. They were 2 of the worst consistent players on the team..Lennon? Luckily we had also a few who excelled. Redknap should be GONE I don’t care if the English job was a distraction, TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS AT HOME Poor line up choices, and the inability to make half time adjustments that offer your team a better chance, were just NOT there. Must admit I am impressed with the names of possible additions for next year..Keep up the good job “arry” Just might be your final deed
We as devout, hardcore fans need to have faith in our manager’s ability. Innovative, calculating, game plans are a must. Each week posing new obstacles.. we were unable to be effective..not good enough to win it all…EH If you are happy with 4th what’s the big deal?

Seeing John ‘the racist-wife shagging-spine kneeing’ Terry lift the CL trophy in full kit made my skin crawl. To think in decades time people will see those images and persume he played a part is sickening. Oh well, looking forward to next season already. Hopefully we can sign Llorente or Remy along with Vertonghen and the squad will be looking very good indeed. (provinding we can hold on to Bale and Modric of course)

i’ve followed arsenal since 1988. and i hate the fact that i getting into the champions league every season is seen as success. that success is largely based on money saddens me. the fact that the teams with the most money win, saddens me. the fact that cheating will remain, and when you point out someone cheats, you get the answer “well everyone else is doing it” the fact that if a manager loses 3 games in a row should be sacked, all because a few people post negative blogs or make negative calls to phone-ins, this opinion then spreads. rich people buying football clubs and not caring about what the club represents to a community. watching england players play for england and not really care. seeing players get managers the sack by not trying, even though they claim to love the club. i no longer watch or listen to pre match or post match analysis. i find watching football from kick off to final whistle is most rewarding.

I really have fallen out of love with football, when a team that plays with style for the majority of the season, loses their champions league place on a technicality to an anti-footballing side

I know exactly what you mean about the disappointment and the loss of interest in football. The sheer frustration of the last third of the season did not make for enjoyable watching. We should have finished third at the very least and unless failure to do so is addressed by the Management we will never do any better.
