Arsenal have reportedly held talks with Bafetimbi Gomis’ agent over a £6 million move for the Swansea City striker, according to the Metro.
Gomis has been constantly linked with a move away from the Welsh club after Garry Monk revealed he would part ways with the forward for the right price, leading to interest from Crystal Palace and Newcastle amongst others.
Arsenal have now also joined the race, with Wenger keen to add striking options to his side. Gomis' agent Francesco Di Frisco revealed this morning:
"Schalke and Borussia Dortmund have asked about signing Bafe. So have Crystal Palace and Newcastle and now Arsenal."
