Arsène Wenger has added Riyad Mahrez of Leicester City to his wish-list as Arsenal go in search of an attacker late on in the window, according to the Daily Star.
Mahrez only joined Leicester last season, but his blistering start to this campaign has sparked interest from some of the league's bigger clubs. Although, Leicester insist that he is not for sale.
Mahrez, 24, is a versatile attacker and can either operate from out wide or off a target man like, say, Giroud. Perhaps given the lack of world class strikers available, Arsenal are willing to take a gamble on a cheaper and Premier League proven alternative as the window draws to a close.
