The FA International Tournament has just started and with England U17s in the spotlight, we take a look at 5 of their most exciting prospects...

Danny Crowley

Age: 16. Club: Arsenal. Position: Midfielder

One of, if not the biggest talent in England, Crowley was poached from Aston Villa this summer. He was a fixture in their U18 side and featured in the reserves towards the end of last season, despite being only 15 years old. Gifted with supreme control, vision and balance, the youngster has been branded "the next Jack Wilshere". Like Wilshere, he has the ability to glide past opponents with ease using his deceptive acceleration. Most effective when deployed in a number 10 role, Crowley made his Arsenal U21 debut in a pre-season win at Sutton United and was the star of the first half, with grown men unable to get near him. This season he will play with the U18s initially, although it is likely he'll be promoted to regular reserve team football as the year progresses, as well as the U19 Youth Champions League side.

Tafari Moore

Age: 16. Club: Arsenal. Position: Right Back

Another Young Gunner, Moore is an athletic full back who the club have very high hopes for. Having impressed for England U16s during the Victory Shield last year, he has developed well leading to promotions for both club and country. After establishing himself in Arsenal's U18 side last season at just 15 years of age, he slotted into the U21 starting line-up seamlessly during pre-season this summer, amidst an injury crisis. His tenacity, composure on the ball and tireless running impressed in particular, and the defender will look to continue his progress at both U18 and U21 level this season for the Gunners. Below is a short clip of his England U16 debut a year ago.

Patrick Roberts

Age: 16. Club: Fulham. Position: Winger

Not as well-known as Danny Crowley yet equally gifted, the diminutive wide player is one of the most exciting youngsters to watch in the country. Quick and skilful with an eye for goal, Roberts was influential in Fulham's formidable side that won the inaugural Barclays U18 Premier League last season. With wonderful close control and balance, the 16 year old tormented defences throughout the season, whether it be on the right wing or in a more central position behind the striker. With Crowley and Isaiah Brown being snapped up this summer by Arsenal and Chelsea respectively, Roberts could be the next talent to be poached by one of the big boys.

Isaiah Brown

Age: 16. Club: Chelsea. Position: Forward

Signed from West Brom this summer, Brown is an extremely gifted forward who possesses a mix of strength, pace and technical ability that is rare to find in a man so young. Good in the air and intelligent in his movement, he makes a dangerous striker. Moreover, his impressive balance, vision and link up play suggests he would be equally as effective in a false nine position or behind a main striker. Having already made his full Premier League debut for the Baggies last season - becoming the second youngest player ever to do so - Brown is certainly one to look out for this season, and could feature in the League Cup for Chelsea.

Demetri Mitchell

Age: 16. Club: Manchester United. Position: Winger

Mitchell is a quick winger who can operate on either flank as well as up front. He has the ability beat a man with ease using his acceleration and dribbling skills, and has a penchant for scoring spectacular goals. The highly rated youngster was one of the stars of England's U16 side and was often their source of inspiration, although his Victory Shield campaign this year was cut short due to a calf injury. Having made the step up to the U17s, he will be looking to establish himself as their first choice winger, and having scored already this season for Man Utd U18s, a promising year awaits him.

Below is a new behind-the-scenes clip of England U17s practicing their shooting, featuring Crowley, Roberts, Brown and Mitchell. Impressive!
