Chelsea Loanee Scores And Assists On Debut For Fiorentina - Twitter Reacts
Mohamed Salah got next to no time on the pitch at Chelsea following his move from FC Basel, which incidentally happened right under the nose of Liverpool who thought they'd secured the Egyptian's services. Salah seemed to be just another asset for the Chelsea business and the club has gained a reputation for buying younger talent only to loan or sell them when it suits.
Despite being treated almost as if he were nothing more than a bargaining chip to secure the services of Cuadrado rather than a player worthy of having his day at Chelsea, Salah has already started to progress at his loan club Fiorentina. He started his first game in the Italian club's win over Sassulo, scoring his first goal and assisting a teammate too. It seems as though Salah is another player who, if given the chances he maybe deserved at Chelsea would've proved himself to be a top talent.
