Chelsea Misfit Wanted By Roma
The Mirror report that Chelsea's Mohamed Salah is a target for Roma. The Italian side are thought to be rivalling Beskitas in a bid to land the winger.
Mohamed Salah, who was signed by Chelsea last January, has only managed nine starts under José Mourinho. The Egyptian was tipped to have a bright future ahead of him, but ever since his move from Basel to London, his progress has all but come to a halt. Chelsea are developing a reputation for monopolising the young talent market in a bid to both prevent rivals from signing such players and to increase the number and value of their assets, in case they need to sell in order to comply with FFP regulations.
Salah will no doubt be looking to move his career forward and continue developing himself as a player. Although, Roma are unlikely to make an outright purchase, especially considering the competition they have from Turkish side Besiktas, and instead are reportedly willing to get the 22-year-old on loan with an option to buy.
