Man City are thought to be leading a pack- which also includes Spurs and Arsenal- in the hunt to sign Benfica's star winger Salvio. The Sky Blues have already reportedly had a £25 million bid rebuffed with the Portuguese giants wanting an extra £10 million for the youngster. The Argentine has continued to progress into an impressive talent since his record move to Benfica from Atletico Madrid but it is unclear whether City will be willing to splash the extra cash having already forked out for Stevan Jovetic and Jesus Navas- a player who occupies a similar position to Salvio.
