Ex- Chelsea And Leeds Star Signs Two Liverpool Youngsters On Loan
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink lit up Stamford Bridge and Elland Road with his goals as a player, but now he's leading League 2 leaders Burton Albion to promotion as a manager. Hasselbaink took over from Gary Rowett earlier in the season and has done a fine job thus far, albeit the lowest tier of professional football.
Hasselbaink has managed to bring in two Liverpool youngsters on loan today before the window slams shut. Full-back Kevin Stewart and Striker Jack Dunn have joined Burton on one-month loan deals in the hope to gain valuable experience via game time. Stewart arrived at Liverpool's academy last summer after transferring from Spurs.
The ex-Chelsea and Leeds man will be hoping the two young Reds can help push his side over the line as we reach the business end of the season. Dunn will be particularly useful as he has proven himself by scoring 3 goals in 5 games for Cheltenham earlier this season.
