Sitting in thirteenth place at Christmas, out of the Europa League and in possession of an abominable away record, what can Martin Jol do to turn around Fulham's fortunes?
What’s going right?
Clint Dempsey and Brede Hangerland, arguably the best value players in the Premier League. Bryan Ruiz is starting to get into his stride too as we begin to see flashes of want Jol wants his team to play; expansive, attacking football.
Away form is still farcically bad and seemingly built on a neurotic obsession of gaining a point at best. Bobby Zamora is back to being a petulant, half arsed performer as well and all things considered may need a move.
Got the right manager?
We need to give Martin Jol more time. Mark Hughes flouncing off did us no favours and we sure don't need another change of manager as a knee jerk reaction to going out of the Europa League for instance. We've now got time to have an FA Cup run and climb up the Prem playing nice football.
Clint Dempsey is the most valuable, Bryan Ruiz a potential superstar and Moussa Dembele - if he could score more goals - equally so.
Who would you like to sell in January?
Bobby Zamora for a vastly inflated price to Willesden Rovers (QPR)
Who do you want to sign?
A striker and a right back.
Best chant so far?
It wasn't a chant, but doing the Poznan en masse after the equaliser against Man City was funny.
Best opposition player/team you’ve seen?
David Silva at Fulham/Barcelona on telly. Andy Carroll was the worst, like having a skip with legs up front. Dalglish was mugged.
Biggest **** of the season so far?
Neil Warnock twatting on about the weakened team Liverpool fielded at Fulham before Sheffield bleeding United got relegated. Get over it cock nose.
End of season prediction?
