Inter Milan are preparing to sell Chelsea and Arsenal target Marcelo Brozovic according to the Express.
The Italian giants need to raise funds in order to both comply with Financial Fair Play regulations and to fund a potential move for Man City's Yaya Toure, who Mancini is desperate to reunite with at Inter.
Brozovic has been a key player for Inter this season and will be travelling with Croatia to France for the European Championships this summer. He's been on the radar of Chelsea and Arsenal for some time, although Chelsea seem more likely to make a deal since Arsenal have all but signed Granit Xhaka - another midfielder.
New Chelsea boss Antonio Conte also has extensive knowledge of the Italian game and plenty of contacts in Serie A. However, a move for Roma's Radja Nainggolan may indicate that they'd be less willing to move for Brozovic.
Brozovic's agent believes Inter want to sell the midfielder and stated, "If [Inter director] Piero Ausilio went to England, that means he plans to sell him."
