Southampton may be on course to qualify for the Champions League but that hasn't stopped the speculation linking their players with moves to teams below them in the table.
Morgan Schneiderlin is rumoured to be on his way to Arsenal at the end of the season and it looks like the Saints already have a replacement lined up. The Mirror reports that Ronald Koeman is set to be reunited with Jordy Clasie, who the Southampton boss managed during his time at Feyenoord.
Clasie was a member of Holland's World Cup squad this summer and has been hailed as the 'Dutch Xavi'. The diminutive playmaker is still only 23 but have nevertheless made 168 appearances since making his top flight debut in 2010 during a loan season at Excelsior.
Since returning to Feyenoord, Clasie has been a regular in the first-team and is said to be close to Koeman. Here's what Southampton fans can expect from the midfield maestro should they pull a deal off.
