Leeds target Birkir Bjarnason looked set to join Torino last week only for the deal to fall apart as a bigger offer was made from Elland Road.
Pescara had announced that they would sell the Icelandic international to Torino for €1m but Leeds have scuppered the deal, potentially putting the player back on the market.
Bjarnason scored 12 goals for Pescara last season and has won 38 caps for his country. The 27-year old has previously worked with Leeds boss Uwe Rosler when the German coach was in charge of the Norwegian club Viking.
With his flowing blonde locks, Bjarnason certainly would have fitted the bill as a Viking player. Watch the Norse god in action below.
