Spurs To Sign Italian Striker? Watch The Fiorentina Star Tearing Up Serie A

AVB looks to strengthen his side's attack (an attack which has posed the same threat as a lazily dangled feather duster on occasion) with the signing of Fiorentina's on-fire striker Giuseppe Rossi.

The former-Man United striker, whose lack of opportunities in the North-West saw him move to Villarreal in 2007 where his career veered from ecstatic highs to terrible lows as the Valencian club's fortunes yo-yoed, joined Fiorentina in January 2013 while still injured, making just one appearance for la Viola last season.

This season has been far more successful and the 26-year-old American-born Italian has netted 12 in his first 14 games, attracting a fair few suitors in the process with his timing, skill and eye for goal.

He wouldn't come cheap with the Express noting that he'd probably cost the North London club around £30million. Would he be worth the outlay?
