My favourite goal has to be Aguero’s winner for Manchester City against QPR at the end of last season. It wasn’t only my favourite moment of that season… but any season. I was at the game...and that was the longest 94 minutes of my life. We looked doomed to another failure, defeat grasped from the jaws of victory - until Dzeko gave us hope. Two minutes later - FROM DESPAIR TO WHERE?? TO THE TOP OF THE TABLE THATS WHERE! I think all 44,000 of us drifted into a dream like state at the final whistle. Unreal.

Watching the TV highlights later was hugely enjoyable...particularly when they cut from the Etihad live coverage to show Manchester United fans at Sunderland. Looking like the cat that got the cream. Then the team walking off looking like they were about to launch into the biggest celebration ever… then they cut back to the live match just as Balotelli nabbed the ball and laid on Sergio.  The ensuing footage of United fans and even more so Fergie and Phil Jones looking bewildered... priceless. I hate to say it - but at the time of writing it looks like we won’t be enjoying a similar end of season this time round. Nevertheless, no one can ever take that day away from us.
