Why PSG Are Aiming To Steal Hazard & Luiz Off Chelsea This Summer
Chelsea centre half SLASH rampaging madman David Luiz has long been linked with a £25 million move that would see him switch Stamford Bridge for Barcelona's Camp Nou, but, according to The Guardian, he may not be lining up at either ground next campaign.
With Barca legend Carles Puyol announcing his retirement this season, the La Liga runners-up are desperate for defensive and curly headed reinforcements, but in a turn up for the books, it appears that the Samba star might be about to swap the blue of Chelsea for the blue (and red, with white flashes) of Parisian piggy bank smashers, PSG for a fee reportedly worth around £50million.
Last year, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho ruled out an exit for the player, but off the back of a relatively unsuccessful first season back in West London, the Portuguese gaffer might have softened his stance somewhat...particularly when the Parc des Princes side write a figure containing the words 'fifty' and 'million' on a post-it note, and flash it flirtatiously across the Channel.
Paris Saint Germain's boss Laurent Blanc certainly knows a defender when he sees one - and, with Belgian wizard Eden Hazard also on his wishlist, it is looking increasingly likely that he could be set to ransack Chelsea's best talents this summer.
