The title says it all. Here is a video of Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond getting really, really stoned* whilst filming a special edition of Top Gear in Argentina. Hammond and May get fairly stoned*, however it’s quite notably Jeremy Clarkson who gets the most stoned* during this 1-minute clip.

It is not shown during this clip whether or not the cast of Top Gear enjoyed getting stoned*, or whether or not they’ve been stoned* in other filming locations, or if they get stoned* in their own time.
