American company Confederate set out to design a bike that would be lightweight with the fewest moving parts possible so the front end, carbon-fibre fuel tank and the swing arm are all mounted directly to the V-twin engine. The result is a brutal minimalist skeletal looking machine that weighs in at just 115kgs and kicks out 150bhp and should scare the living daylights out of everyone else on the road. There is even going to be a 190bhp supercharged version if you feel up to the challenge. The bike is set to hit the road in 2009 with a price tag in the region of $40,000.
Looking more like a primitive creation from the mind of HR Giger and something that Batman would have parked up in his Batcave, the Confederate Renovatio is like no other motorbike you will see.
