Where to start with this one. A cafe in Congleton has offered a £100 reward to anyone who finishes this fry up, which looks more like the buffet at Rik Waller's wedding than a breakfast for one person.

In case you were wondering, that's 8 sausages, 8 bacon, 4 hash brown, 4 fried eggs, 4 omelettes, 4 waffles, 4 black puddings, beans, tomatoes, fries, mushrooms, chips, 4 slices of toast and 4 slices of bread (the extra bread seems a bit unnecessary to us). It'll cost you just short of twenty quid.

Challengers must sign a waiver beforehand as the 8,000 calories, milkshake included, are likely to make you very ill and possibly very dead. Still, not a bad way to go is it?

Have a look at the Bear Grills cafe's Facebook page for more info.
