Fjallraven Gutulia Anorak A half-zip anorak is a classic staple of any wardrobe and you could trust Fjallraven to produce an ace version of it. The Gutulia comes in a number of colours, including a green but personally I think the orange version would look best when paired with a nice Oxford shirt and some Clarks Wallabee’s. At just over £200 the Gutulia could be the perfect investment for winter. Available from Oi Polloi .

Paul Smith Jeans x Barbour Workman All Day You don’t need me to tell you that Paul Smith and Barbour are two of the best British brands around. Having already invested in a jacket each by both brands I was unbelievably excited when I heard the two were collaborating. The resulting jacket is far from disappointing and really highlights the best of both companies. Looking best in the yellow colour-way but also coming in a grey or navy this coat is sure to keep you warm through those cold winter days. The Work All Day jacket retails at a steady £500 and can be bought on the Paul Smith website.

Patagonia Rain Shadow Jacket Lets be honest, we’re probably going to have a load of rain this winter. So you’re going to need something to stop your brand new shirt/christmas themed jumper getting wet. This proper cool jacket from Patagonia is just the thing. The thing with Patagonia is that you know they will do the job and the Rain Shadow is no exception. Personally, I love the black colour but it does leave a lot of people thinking you’re a scouse drug dealer, so I suppose the grey would do... The Original Store currently stock this at £160

Carhartt Raleigh Jacket The thing with jackets like this is, you either love them or you hate them. Me, I definitely love them. Having already owned a Carhartt jacket I know the quality is up there with the best, so I wouldn’t think twice before buying this number. Again though, it’d probably be the black one that ended up in my wardrobe. The Raleigh jacket is another £200 investment and can be bought from Carhartt's website.

Nike x Undercover GYAKUSOU AS UC Fabric Mix Jacket As soon as I saw the all-over leaf pattern on this coat I think I lost my shit. This collaboration is looking really strong at the moment and I think this jacket is the perfect example of that. I’m not even going to mention colour-ways when discussing this because it has to be this one. At nearly £300 you do get what you pay for with this jacket, the boys at End Clothing currently have it online.
