Being a lover of things old-fashioned and football-y, I am of course an admirer of the classic boot the Copa Mundial. I myself went out and purchased a new pair for a mere £85.00 a few weeks back - I've now had six pairs of in the last ten years. They must be doing something right, aye? Stereotypically it's football's special brand of hipster that sports Copa Mundials, the type of player that attempts to play box-to-box and once admired Scott Parker's style of play - you know what I mean. Nonetheless, it was announced last week that Adidas are set to release a number of re-styled Copa Mundials for the hipsters to dribble 'in and around'. The retro black-out look shown above, plus an all-white version are set to be released later this year. I'm sure I'm not alone in this completely correct opinion, but there is only one type of boot.
