Nike Internationalist’s are no new look, more a modern day homage to the trainers that were one of the first long-distance running shoes available to the masses. Back in ’85, having been out for 3 years, the trainers had gained a following that marketing departments could only dream of thanks to ‘The Breakfast Club’, in which Brian wore the Blue/Yellow OG Nike Internationalists.

Giving these old-school shoes a polished revamp, Nike have released what are my must-have trainer of 2014/15.

Comfortable, lightweight and oh-so-stylish, there are a number of colourways to choose from, my favourite of the lot is the Black/Metallic Silver pair – minimalist, neat and will go with any outfit, while adding that bit of 80’s style to your feet.

The Dark Pewter/Crimson combo also looks great, or you could go true 80’s style and choose ‘The Breakfast Club’ classics..
