The best one is Django Kill (or Django Kills and If You Live, Shoot!) which I remember on Alex Cox’s Moviedrome. It sometimes crops up – in a very ropey condition – on those dodgy Movies4Men style channels in the graveyard of satellite. The first is excellent and, as you say, with a terrific theme, and great wit – Django the jazz guitarist the character took his name from had some fingers missing…and no prizes for guessing what happens to Django in the film! Avoid the later ones; Franco Nero sadly didn’t returning for one in the 80s that was essentially a Rambo rip off

Great article. If the BBC had any sense, they’d give this chap the Film whatever year it is show. I’d probably it watch it then.
