Paulo Dybala is being chased by many a European club, with Arsenal and Chelsea thought to be the front runners in England. Dybala has scored 13 goals and assisted 10 this season, thus emerging as one of the hottest young talents in the game.
Palermo's president Maurizio Zamparini previously claimed that both Arsenal and Chelsea were interested. He also specifically said that Arsenal had made an offer for the player.
Similarly, Gustavo Mascardi (Dybala's representative) has claimed that Chelsea have bid for the 21-year-old.
"Chelsea presented an offer a while ago, but it was very low.
"In the end, Dybala will choose the team in which he sees the best options to grow, and Zamparini will decide if the offer is appropriate for him."
If it is up to Dybala where he moves to, Juventus seems a more likely destination. Dybala's agent revealed recently that the Argentinian sees staying in Italy the more sensible move for now.
If any deal were to be done between Palermo and one of Chelsea or Arsenal, it would take a very high cash offer in the region of £30million.
