An Italian football journalist has claimed that Juan Cuadrado’s agent is already tying to find a new home for the player.

Gianluca Di Marzio works for Sky Italia and is considered to be one of the country’s foremost experts on the transfer market. In an article on his website he claims that Cuadrado’s representative Alessandro Lucci was in Berlin for the Champions League final, where he spoke to Inter Milan and Roma about the availability of the player, amongst other clubs.

Signed for £23.3m as recently as January, it would be a major surprise if Chelsea decided to cash in on the winger so soon. Cuadrado has failed to make much of an impression at Stamford Bridge since moving from Fiorentina, but with the benefit of a pre-season with the club, could come good next season.

That said, many Chelsea fans have been scratching their heads wondering why Chelsea signed Cuadrado and let Mohamed Salah move to Fiorentina on loan, with the Egyptian having been in mesmerising form in Serie A.

So what do you think Chelsea fans, should the club give Cuadrado a chance to prove himself, or sell while his value remains high?
