Chelsea made the transfer coup of the season yesterday by snatching Pedro from the jaws of Man Utd.

The London club agreed a fee, believed to be around £21m, with Barcelona for the Spanish international, news which angered United fans who had been lead to believe the player's arrival at Old Trafford was imminent, but delighted their rivals.

Pedro has scored 99 in 326 appearances since his debut for Barca in 2008, after coming through the youth ranks.

As you'd expect, Twitter is still having a field day, with fans of Chelsea and Arsenal lining up to put the boot in.
