Arsenal, set to complete a deal for Petr Cech, are now planning a move for young Chelsea midfielder Charly Musonda according to the Express.

Gunners manager Arsene Wenger first scouted the Belgian attacking midfielder Musonda when he was a 14-year-old at his first club, Anderlecht. However, Chelsea got in ahead of Arsenal in 2012.

Arsenal have now been alerted to that fact that Musonda, now 18, could be available this summer.

His long term prospects at Stamford Bridge are not helped by the fact he is considered too slight by the Chelsea coaches. But Wenger believes he can still develop into a Premier League player.
