On BT Sports coverage of Arsenal's clash with Dinamo Zagreb, Arsenal legend Ian Wright had his say on the summer transfer window on a night which saw Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud complete a horrendous first half by receiving a second booking to put his side under enormous pressure.
"It was embarrassing, the way they pursued it." Wright slammed the policy at the Emirates.
He went on to say that Benzema 'mugged Arsenal off' with the picture he posted on social media, with the captain "Real Madrid is my home." Wright himself knows about goalscoring for the Gunners, hitting 128 for the club and being arguably their second greatest goalscorer, only losing out to the legendary Thierry Henry.
Arsene Wenger had said before the match that he has the desire to win the Champions League, but they went on to slip to defeat in Zagreb, Dinamo's first ever win over an English side in European competition.
