Bacary Sagna: Could The World's Worst Haircut Leave Arsenal For Chelsea?
Mind game mastermind José Mourinho has enjoyed a rather, erm, chequered relationship with his counterparts Arsene Wenger and Brendan Rodgers of late – and it appears that the Portuguese boss might be looking to make a power move on his rivals.
Apparently not satisfied with his current right back complement of walking Scrabble top score Cesar Azpilicueta and galloping security guard Branislav Ivanovic, The Guardian reports that José has been flashing flirtatious glances in the direction of Wenger's French full back, Bacary Sagna.
With Sagna's current terms expiring in the summer, the Gunners have been trying to convince their star to extend his stay at the Emirates, but his reluctance to commit to a new contract leaves him looking increasingly likely to depart north London, and that could lead to an old fashioned tug o' war between Chelsea and Liverpool.
Sagna has made no secret of his disillusionment with life at Arsenal over the last couple of years, and Rodgers, keen to snap up the full back in an attempt to plug a leaky Reds defence, has been bombarding him with mixtapes and love notes in an attempt to lure him to the north west.
Either way, it appears that Arsenal may be on the look out for a new right back come the summer.
