FC Augsburg left-back Abdul Baba Rahman's agent has claimed the player has agreed personal terms with Chelsea, according to ESPN.
It's now just down to the clubs to agree a transfer fee for the 21-year-old left back, who Mourinho sees as the perfect replacement for Fillipe Luis, who rejoined Atletico Madrid this summer.
FC Ausburg have already signed their replacement in the shape of Philipp Max, as they confirmed on their website earlier this week.
The Ghanaian international has made 31 appearances for the German club since signing in 2014 amid interest from the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City. A highly rated youngster, Rahman made more tackles than any other player in the Bundesliga last season, with 104.
