With the Premier League back in full swing, we saw some quality opening day debuts from the likes of Cabaye, Gestede and Ayew…but they don't even come close to featuring in bwin's top 10, the full article of which can be found here.
Using their minutes-per-goal ratio and status as match-winners as a measurement, bwin have deduced the list featured in the infographic below...
Ex-Arsenal striker Nwankwo Kanu came close to Aguero at a goal every 15.5 for Portsmouth in 2006, whilst Manchester United legend Ruud van Nistelroy could only manage seventh on the list.
Liverpool were on the receiving end of the highest scoring Premier League debut in 1996, when Fabrizio Ravanelli scored a hat-trick for Middlesborough in their thrilling 3-3 draw at the Riverside Stadium.
