Liverpool this week announced the double departure of Fabio Borini to Sunderland and Jose Enrique set to join West Brom.
Striker Borini joins the Black Cats in a permanent deal worth £10m, after scoring just three goals in 38 for Liverpool. The Italy international spent time on loan at Sunderland last season, where his scoring record was somewhat more impressive, netting seven in 32.
Spanish defender Enrique has struggled to find his place in Rodgers' side, and will join the Baggies for a fee understood to be in the region of £7m.
Also announced this week was the loan deal which will see forward Sergi Canos, who has yet to play for Rodgers' side, join Brentford until the end of the season.
