Asides from last night's scintillating Europa League display, Spurs have been embarrassingly goal shy this season; but according to The Daily Express, AVB is looking to change that by raiding Steaua Bucharest for several players, top of the list being their crown jewel, 19 year old Romanian winger Gabriel Iancu.

With just 15 goals in 15 Premier League games in 2013-14, the fearless and direct Iancu, who at 6'1' provides a valuable physical presence, could be the catalyst Spurs need to kick on in the league.

With a buyout clause of £21m after signing a new five year deal at the end of 2012, the Romanian won't come cheap. But if Spurs want to get back into the Champions League, maybe they'll have to add to their big summer acquisitions as soon as the January window opens.
