Wilfried Bony is on his way to Tottenham, mostly because it would mean he wouldn’t have to change his kit it seems, according to the Guardian.

The Swansea front man has been linked to everyone and anyone who has been to Europe in the last few years, he must really like his continental city breaks. Now has come Tottenham’s turn on the merry go round, after they were told that they will be the only club not to sign someone from Southampton this summer. Bony is seen as the man to finally end Spurs’ odd love/hate reliance on Emmanuel Adebayor , and with almost a goal every two games last season at what ended up a mid-table club, he could well do there.

Apparently the Ivorian has claimed that he wants a Champion’s League club however, which means that Daniel Levy may have to wait a little longer to buy someone, in a complete reversal of last summer’s orgy of transfer activity in North London.
