According to The Guardian today, Slaven Bilic has confirmed he will leave Turkish club Besiktas this summer, fuelling speculation that the Croatian manager will replace Sam Allardyce as West Ham boss.

Bilic played 48 times for the Hammers during the 90s and remains a fan favourite at Upton Park.

West Ham's mid table finish has failed to excite the fans this season, and following a disappointing loss at home to Everton, Allardyce could be on his way out once his contract finishes at the end of the season.

The Irons have also been linked with David Moyes.
