Leeds United have the most loyal away following in the Championship this season, despite the chaotic goings on off the field at the troubled club.
The Yorkshire club have an average away attendance of 2750. Only other four sides averaged more than 2000 - Middlesboro, Derby and Nottingham Forest.
It was not Leeds who took the biggest support away for an individual match however. Middlesboro has 6988 fans for their visit to Blackburn, just beating Leeds’ effort of 6839.
There were six teams who averaged less than a 1000 away supporters per match. Blackpool Bournemouth, Cardiff, Millwall, Reading and Wigan all fell below this mark, with Blackpool having the unwanted distinction of taking the least fans away from home (539 on average).
