With Neil Redfearn looking to be on his way out of Elland Road after being called "a baby" by Massimo Cellino, Leeds need to find a new boss before the start of next season.

Word on the street is Cellino's man for the job is ex-Wigan and Brentford boss Uwe Rosler, who has been in talks with the club about the role, according to the BBC

Rosler led Wigan to Championship playoffs and the FA cup semi final in 2013/14, but was later sacked by the Latics.

Cellino has yet to publicly commit to naming a manager for next season, with Redfearn still a possible option, should he even want the job.

The eccentric Italian was on typical form at last week's press conference, speaking solidly for an hour yet somehow failing to answer any questions. Here's a Twitter round-up of the best reactions.

What do you reckon Leeds fans? Is Rosler the best man for the job next season? Can anyone be expected to work properly alongside Cellino? Let us know in the comments below.
