According to the Daily Mirror, Liverpool are moving towards a bid for 18 year old Ruben Neves, after an informal approach by the club was welcomed by Porto.
Neves could become Jurgen Klopp's first signing as Liverpool boss if a deal goes ahead, which would also reportedly make Neves the highest earning teenager in football.
The Portuguese playmaker has attracted the attention of a number of European clubs, but it's Liverpool who are making the first move as new boss Jurgen Klopp looks to build a formidable side for the future.
