Liverpool Target Juan Iturbe: £25mil & He's Yours, Say Italian Club
Liverpool may possess the Premier League's best attacking partnership, but the options behind Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge are worryingly thin. Raheem Sterling and Philippe Coutinho are both young and outrageously talented, but Iago Aspas, Luis Alberto and Victor Moses haven't exactly set Anfield alight since their arrivals.
According to our mates at talkSPORT, Liverpool might be ready to strengthen their possibly-title-defending side next term with the services of highly rated winger Juan Iturbe, currently on loan at Hellas Verona from Porto.
The 20-year-old Argentinian has scored five goals in 24 starts this year - so-so, you might think - but it's his dribbling ability and pace that really terrifies defenders. He's the type of player that fans love to watch and would suit Liverpool's quick attacking game perfectly. He's pretty handy with free-kicks, as well.
Verona wanted to sign the wonderkid on a permanent deal in the summer for about £12.5million and from there he'll be theirs to do with what they like and they've already slapped a preemptive sell-on price of £25million on him.
