Juventus striker Alvaro Morata has rejected a move to Manchester United, leaving Chelsea and Arsenal to battle for his signature, according to the Evening Standard.

Morata, 23, scored 12 goals and made a further 12 last season for Italian champions Juventus. The Spaniard made in Real Madrid is hot property and has attracted the attention of the Premier League elite. However, Morata doesn't want a move to United if they sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic as he doesn't want to play second fiddle.

Chelsea are thought to be confident they can lure Morata to the Bridge to compete with an ageing Diego Costa. But Arsenal may well prove an attractive proposition if they fail in their attempt to sign Jamie Vardy.
