According to the Daily Mail, 25 year old Ukrainian international Andriy Yarmolenko has been promised a move by his current club Dynamo Kiev, and he's got his sights set on the Premiership.

Liverpool and Spurs have both been linked with the player, who can play on the wing as well as up front, and are both expected to stump up the £20m asking price if need be.

Paris St Germain are also said to be keen on the player - which is always a problem to competitors due to their endless funds enabling them to offer far more lucrative deals.

Yarmolenko proved himself against Premiership opposition earlier this season, scoring in Kiev's Europa League tie against Everton in which the Ukrainian club thrashed the Toffees 5-2.
