Yesterday, Arsenal reportedly completed the signing of France U16 player Yassin Fortune, beating Manchester United to his signature.

Arsenal are thought to be paying up to £3m for the Lens starlet, something United were unwilling to do. The deal will see Fortune play as a scholar for 2 years before progressing onto a full professional contract.

The Gunners are in need of some added talent in their youth ranks after a season which has seen their academy teams perform woefully, with their U21s struggling in the bottom tier of youth football.
