West Ham's 17 year old defender Reece Oxford is already valued by the club at £18m, despite only having made 7 first team appearances.

That isn't putting Man Utd off however, with Jose Mourinho apparently keen to bring 'the next Rio' to Old Trafford.

This interest has led Oxford to ask West Ham for assurance that he'll be getting first team football from the Hammers next season.

West Ham, or 'Wist Aim', as they're sometimes known by their fans, are about to begin a new life at the Olympic Stadium, or as it may yet be named, the Tesco Stadium, and are keen to keep hold of young talents like Oxford.

Mourinho is keen to develop young talent to secure future generations of success at United, and as one of England's brightest talents, Oxford fits that bill perfectly.
