West Ham are closing in on the double signing of French internationals Yohan Cabaye and Loic Remy.
Keen to add to their midfield following the capture of Pedro Obiang, Yohan Cabaye has been identified as a prime target, and it's understood the PSG man would be interested in a move to Upton Park. Speaking to lequip, the 29-year-old said:
"If there is an opportunity to go back to England, I hope everyone will be smart enough to do things well. I was criticised when I went to Newcastle. Sometimes it’s better to go backward in order to go forward.”
Meanwhile, West Ham are also the favourites to sign Chelsea striker Loic Remy.
Various sources are now reporting that Mourinho has given the forward permission to speak to the East London club, and a deal could be done for £8 million.
