Following a series of “demonstrations” in Walthamstow, Walsall and Brighton where EDL members were booed off the streets and needed protection from the police, another blow was struck for anti-islamaphobia against the EDL. This morning the EDL website ( was hacked by an organisation calling themselves the ZHC – ZCompany Hacking Crew.

Taking control of their site the ZHC has revealed emails of EDL website admins allegedly harassing people and stealing money to fund their endeavours. Further screengrabs reveal luxury hotel reservations in Denmark, which the ZHC say were funded from EDL donations.

In a sign off message ZHC vow “Such a shame! EDL admins! As we ZHC said we will always be one step ahead of you. We will chase you, expose your racism and even remove you from the web. We demonstrated it successfully by deleting your Facebook page three times. And we have demonstrated it successfully by defacing and exposing your frauds yet again. But the best is yet to come. Yes right, details of supporters and donors of EDL will be made public soon. A racist organization like you don't deserve to exist. And we ZHC will leave no stone upturned in exposing your lies. To the ordinary EDL members: These EDL admins lie to you. They have been using your donations and funds for their personal gain. But don't worry ZHC is here for the audit."

Following a limp display last weekend in Norwich and further arrests for EDL leader Tommy Robinson, actions such as those made by ZHC could be the beginning of the end of the far right organisation.

UPDATE -  In a new website, members of the EDL have addressed the hacking and assure their followers that their information has not been breached while at the same time calling the actions of the ZHC "a new form of facism".
