If you're into street art then check out Lock Up II this November at at London’s Red Bull Studios for the hottest urban contemporary artists. This exhibition features some of the most brilliant and diverse street art around.
The stars of the show include Chris Bracey who created some of the first ever neons including some for Stanley Kubrick films and Goldie who is responsible for heavily instigating the graffiti movement in the 80’s.
Dan Baldwin is fast becoming known for his bold colour and abstract forms while Pam Glew’s iconic portraits on bleached national flags have become her trademark, one of which recently sold at a US auction for $20,000.
Curated by Eddie Lock and Death by Daylight, eight artists' work will be on display including Mau Mau, K-Guy, Fin DAC and David Whittaker. But it's not just the art that's worth a butchers though, you could be mingling with the stars as well as the first Lock Up exhibition in 2009 attracted the likes of Tracey Emin, Gemma Arterton, the Stone Roses’ Ian Brown and magician Dynamo who flocked to see the art on display.
