Gloverall are one of the few brands who really can lay claim to having important heritage. Their role in helping Duffle coats go from military issue utility wear to the uniform of post-war subcultures has been well documented (and can be explored further here) but it's not all about history.
The brand have recently announced a series of Best of British collabs. Starting with a series of limited edition T-shirts from reportage-inspired illustrator George Butler (The Guardian, Monocle) and experimental artist Dannielle Hodson and in early December a collab with British country lifestyle brand Lavenham.
All three collab collections will be available at www.gloverall.com, where you can pick yourself up a new Duffle coat for the winter too.
