This poll appeared at the bottom of a Daily Mirror article written by leading Labour politician Tom Watson.

Bearing in mind the Mirror’s strong Labour readership, this seems to say a lot about the public’s disaffection with the two main parties in general.

So, where do we go from here? Let us know in the comments below.

Nah, there's nothing to suggest the Mirror's online readership (most drawn in by viral/quirky content) has political leanings. Really not the same as the newspaper.

Where do we go from here? Not down to the lake, I fear. More likely to hell in a hand basket (woven by immigrants, natch).

Why would you buy a paper likecthe Daily Mirror if the politics it espoused were totally opposite to your own? Maybe the Mirror should start to mirror it's reader's s politics & give UKIP a fairer representation.................or maybe its readership will vote by moving to the Daily Express! The Euro elections, Clacton, Rochester, £1.7 billion, the European Arrest Warrant, jean Claude Junker...........all proving UKIP are the only party worth voting for!

UKIP are well known for rigging these online polls, and for shilling comments on newspaper articles, to try to make their support look bigger than it really is (approx.17%).
